However, the final decision will be taken by the IPL Governing Council. According to a BCCI official, the cricket series between India and England will end in March and will be followed by the 14th season of IPL. In the meantime, the players of Team India will also get a break. The final match will be played on 5 or 6 June.
IPL 2021 can start from this day. BCCI Treasurer Arun Singh Dhumal had said that IPL 2021 should be organized, this time IPL should be organized in India itself and we are working on it and I am confident that we will be able to organize it in our country itself. It has Wankhede Stadium, Breibord Stadium, DY Patil Stadium, and Reliance Cricket Stadium in Navi Mumbai, while Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune is also included in the list. Apart from this, Sardar Patel Stadium in Ahmedabad can host knockout matches.
